Use the output command to start construction of a new document PDF document.
Use one or more input commands to append PDF files, image files or blank pages to the output PDF document.
Use the info commands to specify properties of the PDF document. If not specified in info command properties of the first input PDF file are inherited by the output PDF document.
Use the bookmark command or the bookmark parameter of input command to identify sections of the output PDF document, to make it easier to find them.
