Bookmarks offer a convenient, rapid pointer to the various sections of interest in a document. The most common use of bookmarks in PDFImprint is to locate the component input documents. This command places a bookmark in the output file, setting its value and pointing to the first page of the inserted input file.

Command is applied to all the files appended by the input commands that follow the bookmark command.
Command is in effect until another bookmark command.
The bookmark parameter of the input command overrides the value specified by the previous bookmark command, but only for that document.
Use the input file name and extension as bookmark.
