Legacy business processes use 3rd party or just old software, which cannot be easily and cost effectively modified to suit the needs of new procedures. The customer facing documents (reports, contracts, applications, forms and letters) that they produce must be manually sorted, indexed and filed. This is a costly, slow and inefficient approach.

PDF Imprint provides a scripting engine that can easily produce barcoded, paginated and sectioned PDF documents that can be printed and mailed, faxed, emailed or delivered by HTTP to the user. When the documents are returned for processing, the barcodes on the documents automate the grouping, routing and filing of the images and the updating of databases and suspense notifications.

PDF Imprint can be launched from the command line, a batch file, an application or from the convenient PDFImprint_UI, shown below

Licensing.

The application offers a 60 day evaluation period. During this time the output pages are watermarked. Beyond 60 days the barcodes are still visible but are mangled. Production operation requires a license to be installed on that computer. The license also provides access to the Visual Barcode Desginer.
